So! who makes it as the best one?
For me Tseng is my favourite. He was a good friend to Zack and he tried with the help of the other turks to stop the soldiers from killing him, that shows that hes a good guy really ^^

For me it's got to be Cissnei - for one she's the rival love interest for Zack (and better suited for him than Aerith, I think.) She has the standing of being the youngest ever Turk. She's feisty, a true professional yet she shows concern for Clouds condition at the Nibelheim plains and protects both Zack and Cloud by phoning Tseng (I lost the targets)and providing them with the motor-cycle to escape. At Gongaga, although technically the enemy, Zack entrusts the welfare of his parents to her and she makes such a good impression on them that they ask her to join the family, evidently she's a good 'catch' for their son. Finally Tseng relies on her especially re Zacks welfare (find him Cissnei - you are going to save Zacks life.) Her one regret is that she never told Zack her real name......very poignant!

I like tseng the most because of his control of the bombers in CC and how useful he is. He is good with a gun and helps out when needed. Cissnei is good but not my favorite..
