I personally like all of the Aeons in FFX, but I did fight a lot with Bahamut and Anima, because in terms of doing damage they ruled in my game

I would have to go with Bahamut for his overdrive

I'm going with Anima... generally my favorite tends to be bahamut however, Anima was new and I thought it suited the series very well, not to mention the fact that he was insanely good!

They're all pretty cool but my favorites would have to be Shiva and Valefor, Shiva because she's awesome in general. Valefor is just... different, he can be pretty useful. Bahamut is the master though haha.

Would have to say Shiva, teach her haste, it makes it where you can easily solo all the Aeons in Remiem Temple, even without completing Yuna's own section of the sphere grid.
