What is your favorite anime as a kid?

well i didint watch much animes when i was a kid i mostly watched movies but the few animes i did watch there was only 2 i liked Blue Gender and Ghost In A Shell

i only started watching anime back in May of the year but ive already seen 9 different series and almost finished my 10th!

My top 3 anime series are:

3rd: Fullmetal Alchemist
2nd: Darker than Black
&
1st: Code Geass

i started watching anime when vampire hunter d came out in the 80's , after that i've been hooked.

1. hellsing ultimate Ova
2 berserk
3. onepiece sub only

Ive quickly gotten hooked into anime, thanks to CN and Toonami. I remember being really into Dragon Ball and Yu Yu Hakusho then. I still watch anime today, and I now read manga more as well.

As a kid? I'd have to say Pokemon, seen as it was one of the few animes shown in Finland, with Digimon as a runner-up.

Now, I'd have to say Lucky☆Star, because it's just something I can (and have) watch over and over again, laughing harder every time.
And Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and the manliest thing ever, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

When I was a kid? I really watched a lot! and I liked the old animes...probably you didn't even hear about some of them :P
the best ones I recall hmm..I was really young at that time! 4-5 years old, I used to watch "Zahra" that's the arabic version of "Maya the bee"


when I was a bit older, about 7-8 years old, I was watching this show in french on weekends "Hanna Barbera Dingue Dong" playing all Hanna Barbera cartoons, like Scooby-dou and Wacky Races.


When I was about 9-10, I was more interested in animes that had more developed stories like the action -type ones! Carmen Sandiego's adventures, Blake and Mortimer, Calamity Jane, Johnny Quest, Cobra, Bob Morane... and other with more girly style like Gigi or Magical Princess Minky Momo, Saint Claire's twins, Nadia Secret of Blue Water, Princess Sherazad... the list is really long I can't recall all the titles but later on I started watching daily more mangas-based anime like Sailormoon, Nikki Larson...So that s about all the animes I liked when I was a kid, yep Pokemon wasn't the first anime I saw!  the latest anime I watched and found interesting is Strait Jacket, I have to say anime's style has changed over the years and we all evolved with them but the oldies will always have their particular captivating stories.

Well, I wouldn't call Wacky Races an Anime, but it is definetely my most favourite cartoon.

Now, as far as animes go, I remember watching Princess Mononoke as a kid and there was a show our TV showed called Candy, candy.
