thanks teb ,i think its nice that some people worked hard to make the patches for the "final mix" games so that we can enjoy these games in english.But in my opinion Square Enix should stop making final mix games that are only in japanese because there are many kh fans in USA and Europe

That's pretty nifty. What about Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 final mix? Have they been patched to english dialogues as well?

No news about kh1 final mix ,it seems no one is trying to patch it yet ,about kh2 final mix, the game is traslated 99%, everything is in english even the new cutscenes and also everything in jiminys journal.Its also safe to play the patched version in a modded ps2 or with swap magic because i have been playing and havent witnessed any bug or error.I think this is the final english patch for kh2 final mix,if you search in youtube many people are using the patch for walkthroughs and LPs,its considered safe to use.
