I REALLY liked it but... I could never beat the final boss.. XD. Very hard battles sometimes. The game had it's issues, I won't lie.

I might pick it up for PC.
I don't have a XBox at this point.
My laptop would be hard pressed to handle it, though.

Yep that's one of the biggest problems. Even the xbox can't run it well at all.

Can someone find us the explanation to how this game really plays ??

I think the battle system in one word "sucks" ... maybe if we had explanation of what it was suppose to be I might try again.

The battle system? You have separate squads into each battle. Up to 5 people I think in each squad, and that includes 1 or two leaders. You choose what attacks the squads will do (no you cant choose what each person does individually, kinda have to hope for good options sometimes) and then watch it play out. Either an individual in your groups can die, or, more commonly, the group dies as a whole. You have to figure out strategies to win each battle, and so you won't get flanked by enemy squads. It's different, in a good and bad way. It takes a lot of getting used to, at least.

You can have up to 5 Unions consisting of 5 units per union. Each unit can have different specialities whether that is with using Offensive magic, Healing with magic or with Items or whether just being a physical attacker. To use the different Arts you use AP. Magic and Weapon arts only just AP while with Item arts you require stocks of specific items to be able to use that art.

There are 2 different types of troops, Leaders and Soliders. On the 360 version you can have a total of 6 leaders and the rest have to be soliders while the PC doesn't have that limit so they can go get the toughest leaders they want. Then there are Generic Leaders and Unique Leaders. Generic leaders are just basically Soldiers but slightly stronger but some when trained right can be a force to be reckoned with. Unique leaders are Unique because they usually get a summon (only 3 characters get a summon) a Unqiue Art or a weapon art. Unique arts are specific to certain characters like the Main Character Rush and his sister Irina have a movie called Omnistrike which is specific to them while some different characters have their own.

When attacking enemies there are things you need to look out for. Some enemies can "deadlock" multiple unions while some can only "deadlock" 1 union while other unions are then free to "flank" or "rear assault" them. Deadlock is when no side gains a bonus. Flank is obvious where a union comes in from the side, Doesn't get attacked apart from AOE moves and gets a damage bonus. Rear Assault happens when there are 2 unions flanking and i believe they gain an even bigger attack bonus. Then there is massive strike which happens if i'm correct when there is 1 in rear assualt.

There is also Raidlock which usually get's triggered but not for your good. If you have a Union in deadlock and you pull them back to heal, If the enemy union was only deadlocked with you then they're likely to come Raidlock you since you pulled back from battle. You can also be deadlocked if the union is doing nothing and then they get suddenly attacked. Of Course this can also happen when your attacking the enemy.

Finally there is interception and interference. Basically if one of their unions have targeted one of your unions and they're moving into attack, if another of your unions gets in their way and deadlocks them it's interception and it's the same for the enemy but it's called interference.

With Unions if the union leader gets killed then the unions becomes botched. This means you can no longer command that union until you revive the leader. They can do anything they know if they have enough AP but they can also sit there doing nothing. Think of it as pokemon when you get a traded pokemon and you've not got the correct badge to command it. It can do whatever it likes whenever it likes.

I hope this is clear enough
