Today was the big big conference about the Last Story where  Hironobu Sakaguchi presented his new masterwork.

Besides the the whole show which probably everybody missed there are some new videos and Informations about the game.

The first video concentrates on the battles and contains the systems like Gathering and Magic Circle.

In additional the video includes some material which wasn't presented on the conferecne.

THE LAST STORY(ラストストーリー) バトルシステム紹介篇 PV3

But that's not all. You can watch the whole show here: Probably Nintendo will post it sooner or later on the official site in better quality

THE LAST STORY (see post below for video)

And last but not least Sakaguchi revealed some infos about the cloths of the characters.
The following pictures showing Elza dressed to undressed.

So that's how the dressing thing will work. Sakaguchi said that this is a feature that really wanted to have in the game. And it won't be limited to Elza only.

So that's probably all for now.

Great article, I am going to add to this the post the conference Sakaguchi did in full and great script of the show from Silaconera.

Hironobu Sakaguchi, director, gave a lengthy battle demonstration of The Last Story earlier today. He started with the basic controls and cover is an important element. You can hide behind objects by pressing the "A" button. You can move Elza, the protagonist, with the analog stick on the nunchuck, hold it and press "A" to dive for a dodge roll-like move, hit "B" to guard and jump over objects, "Z" to target spells, and "C" to activate gathering. We’ll get to that move in a bit. Elza automatically attacks enemies when he gets nearby them. If you like, attacking can be toggled to manual in the options menu. Unlike Final Fantasy and Blue Dragon, The Last Story has a real time battle system.

See the whole show run down here at Silaconera

Reporting from over at the Londom MCM, news outlet 3DS Tribe has some interesting information regarding The Last Story, a title long thought to never leave Japan.

The report claims that upon inquiring with Nintendo representatives on hand at the event, they did indeed say that we can expect a European release, at least, for The Last Story. This comes in light of previous information opposite of the fact.

An official announcement has yet to be made, but considering that Xenoblade is also making its way to Europe, it won't be surprising when Sakaguchi's latest follows soon after.
