I thought it would be interesting to compile statistics of peoples thoughts and favorites of the Final Fantasy games in general.    What was the first FF game you played?
My first was FFVI (III) on the original SNES. After that I sort of worked my way backward with what was available at the time (IV+I and Mystic Quest).

   How old were you started play FF?
About 5 or 6.

   Who or how did you get introduced to the world of FF
 My cousin (5 years older than me) introduced me to them. Though I can't remember if I started with FFVI or Chrono Trigger....

   Favorite FF of all time?
This one's tough. I don't even like to say I have a "favorite", because I love them all for different reasons. But I suppose for nostalgia's sake, it's gonna be FFVI. It could also be FFVIII just because I find it to be the most "fun" (I always enjoy just random battling in it, and also the levelling and junction systems makes it possible to tackle the game in so many different ways....)

Another hard one, how many do I have to choose from here, like 50? Sigh..... I guess Carbunkle because OMGSOCUTE.

   What game has the best level system?
Either FFVIII or FFX. (No, seriously, the sphere grid is a great system. I love the way it ties each character down to their "specialties" in the beginning, but once you reach a certain point you're practically free to build them however you want for the endgame/postendgame. It's genius in terms of balance management.)


   Favorite male character? (playable)
Hnnnnnn Basch. (Such hotness~)

   Favorite female character? (playable)
Either Yuna or Dagger. I have a thing for summoners.... >.>

KEFKA.

Angra Mainyu from X-2. Such punishment......

For me, it's probably X because of my summoner obsession, though once again, I find them all interesting for differing reasons.

How old were you started play FF?
Around the age of 14

Who or how did you get introduced to the world of FF
I really liked an RPG called Golden Sun and one of my best friends then told me about his favourite RPG series which was Final Fantasy, he showed me Final Fantasy X and I've been hooked to the series ever since.


FAVORITES
Favorite FF of all time?
Final Fantasy IX. The story brings back many of the old elements and the overall mood of the game makes it one of the best. Not to forget it has one of the best playable characters and the best soundtrack ever.

Name your favorite summon/Eidolon/Esper/GF?
Never really use summons or the like, so can't say I've got a favourite.

What game has the best level system?
Final Fantasy X without a doubt. Each unit had a clear path (job) which could be followed by the starters, but at the same time it featured freedom and countless possibilities for the more experienced players.

Favorite male character? (playable)
Squall, Really love how he opens himself up as the game progresses.

Favorite female character? (playable)
Rinoa, but Aerith from Crisis Core comes in really close.

Favorite bad guy?
I really liked the villains from FFXII, mainly Vayne got me really interested. He's being a villain looked from the eyes of Ashe, but if you put yourself above Ashe viewpoint you might wonder if he's really that bad.

Favorite optional boss?
Have fought way to few optional bosses to really say I got a favorite. I mainly play an Final Fantasy for its story in the first place.

Final Fantasy VIII.

What was the first FF game you finished?
Usually I finish an FF when I start one, but had the habit of only playing Final Fantasy Tactics during the summer break. And since I always started a new game I never had enough time to finish it. So yea this one goes to Final Fantasy I for the GBA, which for that mather is the second Final Fantasy that I played.

What FF game gave you the most challenge?
Final Fantasy II, took me ages to master the level up system. But once you've mastered the system the game suddenly becomes much easier.

What FF game from V and forward would you like to see a remake of?
None, A remake for the purpose of a remake is pointless. The only remakes I liked where Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy III, both off which the original version never made it to Europe.

Final Fantasy VII as it was the first Final Fantasy game to arrive in Europe.

How old were you started play FF?

10 years old. (Though my brother played it mostly with me watching)


Who or how did you get introduced to the world of FF

My brother did. A funny background story: Back on the old ps1 you had these demo discs. There were playable games and there were video's. When I thought of demo's I thought of the playable games. However on the first demo disc there was a movie of FF VII. My brother said he was going to buy it and I was completely against the idea because being 10 years old, I thought it was just a cd with a movie on it.

Final Fantasy IX

Shiva. Breasts, Feminine, need I say more? Yes beastly instincts. =P Though I'd choose chocobo for the funny factor and Knight of the Round Table for damage. Siren is also a very pretty summon. Oh and Odin is awesome for the instant death factor. Yojimbo was a hilarious summon to have the times I got away with 3x or 4x zanmato and almost beated the dark summons in FF X. As you can see I can't pick!

What game has the best level system?

I'd have prefered the term battle system here. But let's see. I'd have to say FF IV when it comes to truly the leveling system. But the materia system was very well done. (the GF was nice but you could kind of cheat your way through it via the cards and still see no benefits as the monsters just grew along with you.

Favorite male character? (playable)
Oh this is a hard one. I'll just pick three. Locke for his compassion, loyalty and humor. Cyan for having the strength to lose his whole family and castle and still keep on going! Steiner because he's really a funny and stubborn knight but even with a big mouth, he has a gentle heart.


Favorite female character? (playable)
Aeris. I know it's a cliche, but I do. As for the character, not for the playability, which for some mysterious reason doesn't let you play her all that long.

Favorite bad guy?

Favourite bad guy, well, that's a tricky one as well. For best bad guy it would be Sephiroth. He has a human spirit yet he is completely insane and evil. But when it comes to the word favourite, I think of what bad guy I actually didnt feel too bad on with grudges and such. Then I'd have to say Kuja.

Favorite optional boss?

Hmm optional bosses. Ultima Weapon from FF X. (not underwater weapon from FF VII. He creeped the shit out of me)

Final Fantasy VII. Definately

What was the first FF game you finished?

Final Fantasy VII but if I'd have to say ALL by myself, without any help from anyone else, it would be FF X.

What FF game gave you the most challenge?

Hahaha, I instantly think of FF II. It's such a pain in the ass that it's not even a challenge anymore. I never beat it. I remember not being able to beat Sephiroth at lvl 65. Then we lvled to 99. But truthfully Final Fantasy VI. It gave me a lot of challenges and side quests to do.

What FF game from V and forward would you like to see a remake of?

Final Fantasy VI. Because I can know they could make it very beautiful, or even a movie of it. No I am not that fond of having a remake. Which is teh exact reason why I am against a Final Fantasy VII remake. They made it so good back then that a remake would destroy the atmosphere.

My favorite summon three king of dragons was knights of the round massive damage with mime materia plus limit breaks, and all the others.
What game has the best level system?  I would say the materia system from FFVII beacause you could master the materia and it would give birth to another materia save gil for good items and weapons plus if you master each one one of them you get master materia.
Favorite male character? Sabin, Gogo, you got to love sabin's biltz technique. plus gogo's copy technique but all in all I would have to say all of them.
Favorite Female Character? Tifa because of her fighting style and her wonderful breastest I mean physique whoops. But in general all the female characters they are all awesome.
Favorite Bad Guy? Sephiroth
Optional Boss? I would have to say ultima weapon from VIII, the four weapons in FFVII omega, ultima, ruby, emerald fun times.

Most hallenging Final Fantasy Game have not found one yet the fun thing I ever did on each one of them is beat it with there initial weapons good times.
